THE BEST Kingfish Sashimi
Bright, Zingy and Refreshing
Ingredients
- Coriander Bunch (Stems and Leaves)
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1/2 Green Chili
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 2 - 3 Limes Juiced
- Cucumber
Instructions

In a mini food processor or small blender - blend corriander, garlic, green chilli, sugar, fish sauce and lime juice into a dressing.

Thinly slice Kingfish against the grain and arrange on a plate.

Spoon dressing onto sliced fish.

Peel cucumber into ribbons and arrange over fish.

Garnish with slices of the remaining green chilli.
